Bridget Davey - Teacher and Owner of Tall Totara Studio (500hrYTT)

I have been practicing yoga most of my adult life but only really started to understand how powerful and multi-faceted this practice can be after starting my teacher training journey at Ashram Yoga over five years ago. I love that yoga offers an opportunity for continual growth and learning. It’s also vital to maintaining my personal wellness which enables me to enjoy being active outdoors in this stunning place we live. I’m passionate about sharing my love of yoga in a safe and non-competitive environment and feel very fortunate to be able to offer this tranquil space for our community to come and do yoga together.

Rachele Pupilli - Teacher (200hr YTT)

I am Rachele, a curious and fairly determined Italian girl. 9 years ago, I moved to New Zealand where my name has changed to Rachel, yet my curiosity and determination has stayed the same and led me to a deep love and interest in surfing, rock climbing and yoga... A negative emotional experience in a yoga pose got my curiosity fired. What if yoga is not just a workout? Why did I feel so restless in that posture? Determined to find answers I gifted myself a Teacher Trainer course with Ashram Yoga. A real gift! My teaching is based on my personal experiences and discoveries; My purpose is not for you to achieve the best-looking posture, but I hope to leave a sense of curiosity towards something that may resonate within you!
